The Type-A house was inspired by the classic "Brda" summer house from the 1970s. By juxtaposing the familiar form with steep slopes with a minimalist element in the form of a simple outbuilding, it was possible to achieve a modern and interesting architectural expression of the building and to plan its interior in such a way that it is more functional and better illuminated than in the original version of the classic Brda.

This is a one-story building with a small attic designed in timber frame construction. The interior has been thought out in such a way as to accommodate a comfortable bathroom, an open kitchenette, a dining room, a lounge area and a small double bedroom on the first floor, despite its small size. The bungalow's attic accommodates a separate comfortable double bedroom with triangular glazing in the building's gables. This solution was designed to provide very good light to the attic, without the need to install slope windows.

At the entrance to the building there is space for a closet and a small fireplace. Large glazing allows the interior to connect very well with the surrounding nature of the house. A spacious terrace is a natural extension and enlargement of the building's living area. The finishing materials used on the facade are natural-colored wood, black-painted wood and graphite-colored sheet metal.
