Natala Tarnowska

A space and product designer, she studied at the Faculty of Interior Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and design with a specialization in Industrial/Domestic Design at the School of Form at SWPS University.

She gained experience at Atelier Starzak Strebicki, a design office operating at the intersection of architecture, urbanism and design in Poznań, and Zofia Strumiłło's design studio in Warsaw. She was part of a number of grassroots initiatives dedicated to place-making, the challenges of contemporary urban life, including: a student research and design team within the European Parliament's "Parliament 2030+" project, which discussed and created scenarios for solutions on how to communicate for future governments and societies.

"In today's fluid reality, I especially like to look at the interface points of our daily existence, where the human body and senses meet the effects of our fast-paced lifestyle and culture. How they affect them is a great inspiration to me. I am fascinated by the life-shaping power of the spaces we live in and the objects we surround ourselves with."
