Olimpia Ajakaiye

She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow's Faculty of Interior Design, with a specialization in furniture design. Her diploma work, a collection of furniture inspired by organic forms, received a prestigious award - the Gold Medal of the Rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow and the Creative Scholarship of the City of Cracow. She also has pedagogical qualifications thanks to her graduation from the Pedagogical Study. Her works have been selected by the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency to represent Polish design in Berlin, Hamburg, Helsinki, Geneva and Madrid. She worked with the design company Artefe, where she was in charge of creating concepts for new products, analyzing trends, promoting the brand, and supervising the work of designers.

Another area of her activity is conducting trainings and workshops in the field of interior design and decoration as well as design. She also organizes art events and design workshops for children (Young Architect Academy, Young Designer Academy). I conduct cyclic design workshops, for children and adults, for Ikea showrooms and VOX furniture. To improve her work as a trainer, she completed a project at the School of Trainers of the Jagiellonian University, obtaining level four - trainer in accordance with the European Qualifications Framework.

She has been professionally involved in the media for more than 10 years. She worked for the stations: CANAL+ where she hosted the cultural and entertainment program "On the lookout". For TVN she produced interactive programs and worked with the breakfast TV show "Dzień dobry TVN". On TVP 2 she was the hostess of the afternoon talk-show "And normally at this time", and the morning program "Question for breakfast".
