For those who want to deepen their knowledge in issues related to the law in the architectural profession, we have a column called Lege artis, in which you can read, for example, about construction authorizations in the architectural specialty.
student zone and university zone
In this part of the portal there is also a place dedicated to universities and architecture students - the university zone and student zone. In the universities section, we publish all information related to the activities of Polish higher education institutions with departments and majors related to architecture, urban planning and design. In here we publish, among other things, events that individual universities organize, such as the student training trip on modern BIM technology. In turn, the students' zone is dedicated to young design students - we show in it distinguished and awarded projects of future stars of the world of architecture, including the winner of this year's BDA-SARP award and concepts sent to us by students - if you want to show your work, we encourage you to contact the editors.
Academy of A&B - the competition for the best diploma
In the News section there is also a place for the editorial team's activities - the cyclical A&B Academy, in which, both in the pages of the magazine and on our website, we present the best diploma works of students and graduates of architectural studies defended at Polish universities.

Studio Barozzi Veiga zostało założone w Barcelonie przez Fabrizio Barozziego i Alberto Veigę w 2004 roku. Od tego czasu biuro tworzy projekty publiczne i prywatne na międzynarodową skalę, a praca architektów została wyróżniona wieloma prestiżowymi nagrodami, między innymi: Ajac Young Catalan Architect Award (2007), Barbara Cappochin International Architecture Award (2011) oraz Złotym Medalem dla Architektury Włoskiej za najlepszą pracę debiutancką (2012) za projekt Ribera del Duero Headquarters. Biuro otrzymało również nagrodę Young Talent of Italian Architecture Award (2013), Design Vanguard Award (2014), Fad International Award (2015) oraz Life in Architecture Award (2015), a także nominacje do: Międzynarodowej Nagrody im. Iakova Chernikhova (2008), Projektu Roku (2015), Nagrody Fad (2018) oraz Międzynarodowej Szwajcarskiej Nagrody Architektonicznej (2018). Pracownia Barozzi Veiga otrzymała niedawno nagrodę Chicago Atheneum International Award (2019), Best Architects 20 Award (2019) oraz AD Award Architechts of the Year (2019).
W 2015 roku projekt dla Filharmonii Szczecińskiej otrzymał prestiżową nagrodę im. Miesa van der Rohe, a 2019 roku niedawno ukończone Muzeum Sztuk Pięknych szwajcarskim Chur zostało uhonorowane nagrodą RIBA Award for International Excellence. Biuro zostało zaproszone do udziału w Biennale Architektury w Chicago w 2017 roku oraz Biennale w Wenecji w 2014 i 2016 roku.
Zrealizowane projekty pracowni Barozzi Veiga obejmują między innymi: Ribera del Duero Hq. (2011), Audytorium w Aguilas (2011), Filharmonia Szczecińska (2014), Szkoła Muzyczna w Brunico (2018), Muzeum Sztuk Pięknych w Chur (2018), Musée Cantonal des Beaux-Arts Lausanne (2019) i Dom Tańca w Zurychu (2019).
Fabrizio Barozzi
urodził się w 1976 roku. Dorastał w Rovereto we Włoszech, studiował architekturę w Uniwersyteckim Instytucie Architektury w Wenecji. Ukończył studia w Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura w Sewilli i Ecole d'Architecture de Paris La Villette. Od początku swojej kariery zawodowej zachował równowagę między pracą zawodową a zaangażowaniem akademickim.
W latach 2007–2009 był profesorem na Międzynarodowym Uniwersytecie Katalonii w Barcelonie, a od 2009 roku profesorem na Uniwersytecie w Gironie. W latach 2013–2015 był profesorem wizytującym w Uniwersyteckim Instytucie Architektury w Wenecji, a w 2016 roku profesorem wizytującym w Instytucie Technologii MIT w Massachusetts.
Alberto Veiga
urodził się w 1973 roku. Dorastał w Santiago de Compostela w Hiszpanii, studiował architekturę w Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Navarra. W latach 2007–2010 był profesorem na Międzynarodowym Uniwersytecie Katalonii w Barcelonie, a w 2014 roku profesorem wizytującym w Uniwersyteckim Instytucie Architektury w Wenecji. Wykładał w szkołach architektury na całym świecie: w Hiszpanii, we Włoszech, w Szwajcarii, w Wielkiej Brytanii, w Chile i w Stanach Zjednoczonych.
