The 26th edition of the competition for the Jan Baptista Quadro Prize of the President of the City of Poznań for the best building constructed in 2023 in the area of Poznań has been launched . The competition is initiated by UWI Inwestycje, co-organized by the City of Poznań, while the substantive partners are SARP Poznań Branch and the Wielkopolska Regional Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland.

purpose

The purpose of the competition is to select the best building completed in the past year in Poznan. In addition to the Annual Award, one of the oldest architectural competitions in Poland also awards anniversary prizes - the Silver Award and the Gold Award, whose winners are selected during the 25th and 50th editions of the competition, respectively.

terms and conditions

The 26th edition of the competition for the Jan Baptista Quadro Award of the Mayor of Poznań is open to buildings located in Poznań and completed in 2023. All buildings meeting the above condition can be submitted, regardless of their functions and dimensions - they can be single-family houses, as well as housing estates or squares. Submissions of objects for the Annual Prize awarded as part of the competition can be made by all persons living in Poznań, including authors and authors, institutions operating in the city, and members of the Jury.

Objects can be submitted by using the electronic form available on the competition website.

In the 26th edition of the competition, the winning team will be awarded the Annual Prize in the form of a statue of John Baptist Quadro. The jury also reserves the right to award honorable mentions.
