Jawor-Parquet has announced the 6th edition of the "Jawor-Parquet Design Awards" competition aimed at all design professionals involved in interior design. Once again, the best interiors designed with Jawor-Parquet and Retro Collection brand products will be selected.

purpose

The purpose of the "Jawor-Parquet Design Awards" competition is to select the best interior design using floor textures from the Jawor-Parquet or Retro Collection brands. Awards will be given in two categories:

• design
• implementation

Theopen nature of the competition, which is aimed at both experienced designers and students, is an opportunity to confront one's own projects with the evaluation of a professional jury and promote one's own brand in a nationwide event. The jury will take into account factors such as quality, originality, visual values and functionality of the presented concepts.

terms and conditions

Any architect, interior designer and designer with full legal capacity may participate in the Competition. Each participant may submit up to 8 works assigned to one of the two aforementioned main categories. In addition, the works should also be classified in one of the four subcategories:

• living room
• bedroom
• children's room
• commercial space

Only works that use products, textures or BIM models of Jawor-Parquet and Retro Collection brand products will be included in the competition. A maximum of two shots can be presented for each concept.

prizes

The competition will award two main prizes of PLN 10,000:

• for the project
• for the implementation

In addition, the organizer of the competition intends to award five distinctions in the form of an invitation to participate in the event for architects Jawor-Parquet Designers Weekend 2024.

jury

The competition jury includes two people representing the Jawor-Parquet brand:

• Grzegorz Sadowski, Marketing Director
• Sebastian Sklepik, Chief Architect Officer (CAO)

and two people from the design community:

• Iza Gemzala, interior designer and owner of the Prosty Plan studio, who in the group and on the portal "ArchitektPRO. Design Your Success" educates and trains designers
• Tomasz Pągowski, designer, co-founder of the Pągowski Studio, host of the program "Remont u Ciebie".
