descriptionOn December 22 this year we learned the results of the competition ,,Art Time - the surroundings of Hajnówka Central. The area was presented to students of the Faculty of Architecture of Bialystok University of Technology.
Five works by teams of students of the Faculty of Architecture at the Bialystok University of Technology took part in the competition to develop the surroundings of Hajnówka Centralna - the former railroad station in Hajnówka turned into a place for exhibitions, performances, concerts.
The area was presented to students of the Faculty of Architecture at Bialystok University of Technology. They performed their work under the direction of Dr. hab. arch. Halina Lapinska, Prof. PB of the Department of Urban and Spatial Planning at the Faculty of Architecture of the Bialystok University of Technology. Five student teams submitted proposals, which include wooden footbridges, tables and benches, an open-air cinema, a small field for team games, a roller-skating track, a climbing wall, seats imitating the fruits of the forest, wooden deck chairs, and bicycle racks in the shape of a tree trunk.
First prize and two second prizes were awarded.
