On May 11, 2021, the results of the competition to develop a concept for a community garden at the Bydgoszcz Center for Non-Governmental Organizations and Volunteerism were announced.

The competition had an open, one-stage character. The task of the participants was to develop a concept of a community garden, located at the Bydgoszcz Center for Non-Governmental Organizations and Volunteerism, 5 Gdanska Street in Bydgoszcz.

The competition was aimed at selecting the best concept in terms of use and composition, as well as strengthening local community activities. It was a response to the needs of residents of Bydgoszcz. The community garden is to be a space for the implementation of non-governmental initiatives, as well as a meeting place.

After evaluating 12 competition entries, the jury decided that the concept that best met the terms of the regulations was proposed by Wiktoria Opoń.
