Jury opinion
The award was given for the expressive concept, organizing the park space through a freely shaped frame in the form of a pergola and buildings integrated with it. This value of the work is at the same time its weakness - proposing a form not susceptible to change and transformation, complicated and costly in implementation, which must be carried out in one stage.
