descriptionThe gala event accompanying the 12th PLGBC Green Building Summit included the presentation of awards in the PLGBC Green Building Awards 2022, a competition for sustainable construction and architecture organized by the Polish Green Building Association.
This year's edition took into account buildings, interiors, projects, products and initiatives created in Poland from June 2020 to June 2022.
The jury composed of: Jarosław Bogucki (Integration Foundation), Honorata Grzesikowska (Guallart Architects), Ewelina Jaskulska (Artectonica), Michał Marszałek (International Well Building Institute), Tomasz Pągowski (IMATHOME), Dr. Joanna Remiszewska-Michalak (Ficzyka atmospheres), Daniel Hojniak (Sweco Poland), Paweł Kobierzewski (TK Holding), Ewa Kosmala (Selena), Paweł Kotlarski (CBRE), Ewa Kowalska-Ocneanu (WSP Poland), Monika Miłowska (CultureLab Foundation), prof. Elżbieta D. Ryńska (Warsaw University of Technology), Aleksandra Szurlej-Kielańska (Tactus), Dr. Dominik Włodarczyk (JW+A) and Maciej Jakub Zawadzki (MJZ) evaluated the submitted projects not only for their qualities related to sustainable construction and the closed-loop economy, but also paid attention to their architectural, aesthetic, social values and innovative ideas.
