On December 15, 2022, the results of the fourth edition of the "ART in Architecture Festival" competition were announced at a gala ceremony in the Auditorium of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. The aim of the festival and the accompanying competition is to encourage investors, architects and interior designers to collaborate with artists, thus promoting the idea of a wider introduction of art into private space, public space and commercial buildings. The competition is aimed at all parties involved in the realization of an interior/private or commercial building - investors, architects and artists.
The competition was nationwide and open. Works submitted in four categories: Hotel, Apartment/Home, Public Space, Office and Exhibition, were judged by a jury consisting of:
Przemo Łukasik - architect, chairman of the jury,
Oskar Zięta - architect, artist,
Dora Kuć and Karina Snuszka - interior designers,
Krystyna Łuczak-Surówka - design historian and critic,
Aleksander Jankowski - interior designer,
Agnieszka Leszczyńska-Mieczkowska - artist, designer, art historian, exhibitor,
Joanna Kulczynska - interior designer,
Piotr Kalinowski - interior designer,
Piotr Kroenke - investor,
Aleksander Roszkowski - painter,
Maria Miland - Art in Architecture festival.
In each category, the jury awarded the Grand Prize and honorable mentions. The winners were presented with Golden Leonardo Da Vinci statuettes. Special Distinctions were awarded to artists whose works were included in each of the appreciated projects.
