13 of May '25

In Warsaw's Mokotow district, a neighborhood that combines urban modernity with the green tranquility of the surrounding parks, a unique apartment has been created that is the quintessence of refined style and harmony. Located right next to Pole Mokotowskie, surrounded by greenery, the 100-square-meter apartment is a space created for everyday comfort and beautiful living. The author of the project is Agata Kasprzyk-Olszewska of the Loft Factory studio, who sensitively combined Parisian elegance with Polish functionality and subtle design.

The unique design inside the building
designed by Stefan Kurylowicz

Architect Agata Kasprzyk-Olszewska designed the space for herself and her family. The premises are located in a 2009 building, which was built according to a design by Stefan Kurylowicz studio. The development is not only an example of the perfect combination of aesthetics and functionality, but also proof of how a passion for design can influence the creation of a unique atmosphere in a home interior. Despite its modern form, the project is distinguished by a subtle reference to the townhouse style, but without being overly historicized.

There is also a private garden of 250 square meters next to the apartment.

The key element that attracts attention in this apartment is the height of the rooms - as high as 3.2 meters. This architectural element creates a sense of spaciousness and lightness, which is further emphasized by the huge glazing in the living room. The windows, which extend from the floor to the ceiling, not only optically enlarge the interior, but also let in natural light, filling the space with a subtle glow throughout the day.

A place that lives with its tenants

The apartment's design combines comfort with aesthetics. As intended by the owner, the space was to be open and conducive to spending time together. The largest room - the living room - is the heart of the house, where life goes on every day. Connected to the kitchen, it provides an ideal space for cooking, sharing meals and relaxing with the family. The apartment's large spaciousness provides a comfortable environment for a family of three, with a separate bedroom area and a private garden of 250 square meters.

The apartment was designed with the convenience of its users in mind, which can be seen in the functional layout of the space. In addition to the living room and kitchen, the apartment consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious dressing room. Thanks to its location on the first floor, the owners have a private garden at their disposal, which becomes an integral part of the apartment - an ideal place for relaxation or outdoor gatherings. Compared to typical developer apartments, this space stands out from other developments for its size and comfort.

High quality first

One of the key aspects of this project was the attention to detail and quality of materials. The interior is filled with elements made of the highest quality raw materials, which gives the entire apartment an elegant and timeless character. In the living room, the Ligne Roset lamp attracts attention, while in the kitchen and bathroom Winckelmans tiles were used, which, thanks to their classic aesthetics, perfectly harmonize with the modern style of the apartment. A marble coffee table and chairs from the Polish brand The Good Living & Co. are other elements that show attention to detail. The interior is also full of artworks, such as paintings by Jerzy Nowosielski, Jan Tarasin and Jaroslaw Napora. The thoughtful selection of objects and decorations makes the apartment not only elegant, but also full of the personal character of the owners.

An interior that gives a sense of security

In her design, Agata Kasprzyk-Olszewska focused on creating a space that gives a sense of security and peace. Bright, warm colors of the walls, wooden finishes and subtle accents in the form of modern furniture and accessories make the interior cozy, but also elegant. Thanks to well-chosen materials and carefully planned color schemes, the apartment seems timeless and resistant to changing fashions. The use of natural materials and bright colors not only optically enlarges the space, but also helps to create an atmosphere of calm. The interior is perfect for displaying art, which was used by the owners. The works of art decorating the interior give the space a unique character, while becoming one of the main decorative elements.
