1 Home for me is.
A temple and zen space that reflects my personality and lifestyle. A place of rest and regeneration.
2.The key to successful interior design is....
Consistency, in which all elements - from the concept of the solid, through materials and colors to furniture and accessories - create a harmonious whole. The designs we create at SAAN Architects not only enhance the aesthetics of buildings and interiors, but also affect the functionality and comfort of the space.
3 The most difficult project I have managed to complete is.
Redevelopment of Citi Bank's head office on Teatralny Square in Warsaw. Agreeing the project with many departments of the office while taking into account the high requirements of the investor.
4 By "educating through architecture" I mean...
Consciously using ecological and environmentally friendly materials in projects.
Using the principles of golden section division and proportions to emphasize beauty, bring harmony and tranquility to the space.
5 My favorite design style is.
Japandi and wabi-sabi, because of their functional approach to interiors and natural, honest materials. Both combine minimalism with warmth and authenticity, which allows to create realizations full of emotion. I value these styles for their commitment to natural materials and the beauty of imperfection.
6 The most important object in my home is.
Handmade paintings - an expression of personal emotions and memories. Home is a place that should reflect us and our individualism.
7. interior designers starting their careers I would say....
Don't be afraid to dream and turn your dreams into projects. Be bold, experiment. Also, be assertive with clients and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
8 My favorite material is.
Natural wood. A material that brings warmth, elegance and timelessness to an interior. Its texture and shades add coziness to the space. In addition, it ages beautifully.
9.A trend that I would like to see pass away already is....
Lamellas. Although they were an interesting decorative accent, their excessive popularity has caused them to lose their unique character. I think it's worth looking for new, fresh solutions that bring something original to interiors.
10 I would like, someday to live in....
In Italy, a country full of inspiration - from its unique architecture and rich culture to its amazing cuisine, landscapes and sophisticated art of living.
