The area for the development of the project in Poland is located in Warsaw on Kawalerii Street. The plot is bordered on the south by the Embassy of South Korea, and on the west by the Embassy and residence of the Ambassador of Japan. The northern and eastern parts are bordered by a traffic route in the form of a roadway and a sidewalk with separate parking spaces. After crossing the roadway border on the north side, one will encounter the buildings of more embassies.

embassy functions

The internal road from the entrance gate up to the representative entrance, as well as the internal road leading to the underground garage and the catering area, were made of Norwegian stone slate with multiple uses. In front of the representative entrance to the embassy building there is a green island where vegetation, trees and a flagpole with the flag of Norway have been placed. A canopy stretches over the driveway to the main entrance, allowing the embassy to receive visitors even in adverse weather conditions. Visitors to the embassy are greeted by a stone facade with an inscription and coat of arms, which is illuminated at night.

The representative communication division is located between the main entrance to the embassy and the consular section and was designed for the ambassador and his guests. Level 0 is filled with properly prepared offices of lower-level functionaries. There is also a conference room, sanitary facilities, a staff room or an archive. Access to this part is preceded by the need to pass through one of the external or internal locks. Level 1 houses the office of the ambassador himself and his deputy, office rooms of senior functionaries, sanitary facilities, a conference room and a terrace overlooking the facility's inner courtyard. This level is communicated internally with the consular section, with rules for granting access to the various areas. On Level 2 are the host's suite, a living area for the cipher's use, and guest rooms. The courtyard is another green space, ideal for a stroll and quiet outdoor conversation. The place can be enhanced at any time with an exhibition of sculptures or even contemporary art.

consular function

The consulate is the part in the east wing of the building responsible for receiving visitors. Its location along Kawalerii Street with a direct entrance simplifies the security procedures of the facility by minimizing the movement of outsiders inside the open space of the embassy grounds. A security lock located at the entrance ensures control. A reception and waiting area have been planned for the first floor of the consulate, and have been positioned along the building's glass facade, overlooking the courtyard. Adequate customer service rooms including sanitary facilities have been provided. This part of the building was designed so that passage to the embassy section is possible only through the second floor of the consulate. This provides a naturally built, further line of protection from unwanted persons. The second floor of the consulate is occupied by offices for the consul and administrative staff. A passageway allows you to enter the embassy grounds and go directly to the terrace overlooking the inner courtyard.

functions of the Foreign Education Center

The facility named Foreign Education Center will meet the needs of promotion and education closely related to the Scandinavian country. A multifunctional hall with buffet and cafeteria sections allows for artistic performances, exhibitions or meetings for a larger group of people. The entrance to the building provides for a multifunctional installation that allows for the installation of artistic and educational elements. The way it has been designed allows the facility to be immediately incorporated into the embassy, if only for the diplomatic receptions held, ensuring the integrity of the protected facility. This completes the premise of designing the embassy facility as a secure and open building.
