Norlys is an international holding company with more than sixty years of tradition, whose production plant is located in Nowy Sacz. Our inspirations come from Scandinavia, so we create luminaires that are simple, yet of the highest aesthetic value, in line with current trends with quality that meets the expectations of even the most demanding customers around the world.

The history of Norlys has its beginning in 1953 in Norway where to this day is located its main branch distributing luminaires to Scandinavian markets testing them in very difficult weather conditions. 25 years ago we marked a new course of Norlys history also in Poland, Nowy Sacz where the main production plant was established. We have our own aluminum foundry, press department for the production of steel fixtures, hot-dip galvanizing department, machining department, which includes CNC machining, powder coating and assembly departments. Our pride is our own Testing Laboratory equipped with specialized equipment of the highest class for testing luminaires, performing measurements according to the requirements specific to ENEC, in accordance with the ISO 17025 standard.

Today Norlys Poland is more than 15 000 m² of production area, 21 departments, three hundred qualified employees, who provide our customers with the highest, quality products offered by Norlys.

One of the main missions of the company is to constantly improve the professional qualifications of the team of employees. We hold three Quality Systems Certificates: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016, and we are implementing a quality system from the ISO 17025 series. The constant process of investing in human capital allows us to increase productivity, competitiveness and work efficiency. Taking care of our human resources and technical knowledge base gives us the ability to implement new models and improve existing products. Currently, the company can boast the adaptation of more than 80% of its models to the latest light solutions - LED modules.
