FORMS OF MATERIALS

Cloud

All materials intended for publication should be sent via generally available means of electronic information exchange. It is acceptable to place prepared for download .zip archives (or in another popular compression technology) on any drives with Internet access, in the so-called Cloud, and send the download link.

Our preferred medium is file transfer using the Wetransfer.

E-mail

Small files or data packets can be sent to the e-mail addresses of the graphics studio, the Promotions department listed in the Contact Us tab, or to the e-mail address of the sales department supervisor.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ADVERTISEMENTS AND PRESS MATERIALS

Presentation in article form

• Format: 1 or 2 pages in A&B monthly layout - 240×310 mm, content page margins.
• Technical requirements: the presentation is made by the graphic studio of Architecture & Business. The ordering party shall provide: photos, drawings (6-8 pieces with a minimum base of 15 cm; for digital version, a minimum resolution of 300 dpi is required; EPS, JPG, TIF files); text: 5500-6000 characters with spaces in Word logo and contact information. The design of the presentation is presented to the Employer for approval.

Full-page ads

• IV cover: £14 000
• II cover with wing: £12 000
• III cover: £9 500
• Page 3 (first right-hand side of publication): PLN 9 000
• Page No. 6 (left-hand page next to the introduction): 7 500 zloty
• Advertising on a rigid pasteboard announcing a particular thematic section: 8 000 zł
• Advertising at the beginning of the publication (before the main section containing company presentations): PLN 4 000
• Advertising after the main section containing company presentations: PLN 3 000

Technical requirements: Format: 240 × 310 mm + 3 mm for trimming (bleed). Due to the CTP (Computer-To-Plate) offset preparation technology, we accept print-ready ads only in digital form:

• EPS files with text converted to curves
• PDF files with text converted to curves, contained CMYK bitmaps at 300 dpi compressed without loss of quality
• CDR files with text converted to curves
• TIF, EPS - CMYK bitmap files with 300 dpi resolution, permissibly compressed without loss of quality

For the production of advertising by Architecture & Business are required:

• digital photos with the Principal's publishing rights
• company logo (optimally in vector format - .EPS, .CDR, .AI, .SVG)
• text

The advertisement design shall be presented to the Client for approval.

When preparing an advertisement in which it is necessary to use the logo of the monthly magazine "Architecture & Business", for example, in a situation where A&B acts as a media patron, use one of the logos included in the following .ZIP archive. Specification and description included in the document.
