Scenic Architecture Office is an architectural firm founded in 2004 in Shanghai by Zhu Xiaofeng. The studio designs public, cultural, educational, and commercial buildings, combining a contemporary architectural language with a sensitivity to landscape, light, materials, and the relationship between people and their surroundings. In its projects, the firm often explores the boundary between the building and the topography, and between structure and the experience of space. Its projects include the Wave Cube, the Yuz Museum, the Pudong Adolescent Activity Center and Civic Art Center, and the Xitang Naera Art Gallery.
