The honorable mention was awarded for creating a building design that harmonizes with its surroundings with a strongly marked corner of Zachodnia Street and S. Więckowskiego Street. The eclectic facade combined with a modern, streamlined body covered with reflective glass is a successful attempt to conduct a dialogue with the historical urban fabric. The author skillfully fit into the complex shape of the plot, maintaining the appropriate scale and proportion of the building.
