Jury opinion
The jury awarded this project for its very high architectural, technical, environmental and social quality. The extremely original architecture is based on a combination of the quality of the exterior spaces and connections with nearby buildings, with the interior spaces violating the layout of the exterior shell and horizontal planes. As a result, the remaining spaces have been transformed into high-quality interiors for residents, while providing harmonious communication with external areas.
