The award was given for:
- a spatially and architecturally attractive fit into the urban context of the site in terms of utilizing the qualities and limitations of the area by, among other things, shaping the scale of the development,
- correct implementation of the set program and functional guidelines,
- optimal balance of usable area of residential units and service areas,
- the possibility of collision-free staging of the investment,
- flexibility of solutions as to cost and material optimization taking into account the specifics of municipal construction
