justification of the jury

The second prize was awarded for correct architectural and urban planning solutions, as well as optimal land use solutions. Functional solutions were designed correctly. The concept includes pro-ecological solutions at the level of sun protection, as well as a recuperation and air exchange system. The work makes optimal use of the possibilities of land development arising from the provisions of the Local Land Use Plan.

Doubts are raised about the proposed method of shaping the divisions, risalits of the facade of the building (concerns the structural structure, division into rooms—the arrangement of windows), as well as the functional solutions of the public part.
