This project fits in very well with its surroundings by using passive design solutions in the façade, appropriate sun protection solutions on the west side with more openness on the east side to optimize the comfort of the users. This strategy also works well for ventilation and heat flows. In addition, attention has also been paid to the use of lightweight and prefabricated materials to reduce construction time and waste.
