"Sati", which means „mindfulness”, is a solution that uses the effect of vibrations on the rate of breathing, followed by regulation of blood pressure, heartbeat and brain wave activity. Appropriate rhythms allow to achieve states of relaxation, de-stress or focus, depending on the personal needs of the user. The project takes advantage of modern technical capabilities while drawing on the properties of natural materials, thus combining manuality with technology. Its goal is to form positive habits, following the idea of mindfulness, to be present in the here and now.
