Julia Szymańska

A graduate of the architecture program at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Environmental Engineering at the Bydgoszcz University of Technology. In her design work, she focuses on creating architecture that meets the needs of contemporary users, with a particular emphasis on spaces that foster social integration and the building of local communities. She believes that well-designed architecture can positively influence the quality of life and the way people interact with their surroundings.

Her approach to design is based on an analysis of the site’s context and the actual needs of users. She is drawn to architecture that is open, functional, and accessible—architecture that blends harmoniously with its surroundings and encourages activity, social interaction, and spending time together. In her designs, she strives to create buildings with a clear functional layout, simple forms, and timeless aesthetics, using natural materials and solutions consistent with the principles of sustainable development.

She draws inspiration from observing contemporary urban transformations, Scandinavian architecture, and solutions that combine functionality with high-quality public spaces. He views architecture as a tool for shaping social relationships and creating places that meet the needs of residents while remaining a lasting element of the landscape.
