Karolina Staszewska

A young architect, a student at the Wroclaw University of Technology. On a daily basis she works in the office of Kurylowicz and Associates and actively participates in the Scientific Circle Humanization of the Urban Environment. In her projects she focuses on sustainability, context and respect for the history of a place. Very important to her in architecture and urban planning is the sociological aspect, how architecture affects people's lives and how it is perceived by them. With her projects she would like to improve the comfort of city dwellers. She loves Spain, its culture, openness, language and approach to life. In her projects she tries to draw inspiration from her travels to this country. In addition to newly designed contemporary architecture, she is fascinated by various types of adaptations, revitalizations and designing in the historic urban fabric with the principles of equalitarian architecture.
