Just a year ago, Deerhorn reported crossing the threshold of 6,000 customers served. Today, it closes 2025 with around 7,000 clients and a marked year-on-year increase in turnover. At a time when many companies in the furniture industry are facing cautious entrepreneurial investment, prolonged decision-making processes and increasing cost pressures, Deerhorn is not only maintaining stability, but consistently increasing its scale of operations.
Recent years have brought a marked change in how companies approach investments in office space. Decisions are analyzed more carefully, budgets are controlled more rigorously, and investors expect more predictability. Against this backdrop, the continued strong growth in the number of clients over the next year shows that the company is effectively responding to the real needs of the market.
The company is growing steadily, increasing both the number of realizations and turnover. This is organic growth - based on a systematic increase in the scale of operations, expansion of the team and strengthening of the company's own production facilities, without external acquisitions or sudden changes of direction.
Office furniture manufacturer
Deerhorn is a Polish manufacturer of office and cabinet furniture operating since 2019. It specializes in working with oak wood and steel - these are the main components on which it bases its collections.
The entire process is done in-house - from design to production to packaging and logistics. Its own hall and technological facilities allow it to carry out both single orders and large office furnishing projects.
2024 - a year of scale and confirmation of position
The year 2024 was a watershed moment for the company. 6,000 customers, hundreds of parallel implementations and projects for small businesses and large organizations confirmed the growing market position. It was a period of intensive development, which showed that the market needs quality, stability and a partner taking responsibility for the entire process - from design to installation.
During this time, the team was expanded, logistics were streamlined and the production process was refined to maintain repeatable quality while growing in scale.
This was the year when the brand began to be seen not only as a furniture manufacturer, but also as a partner in the development of workspaces.
2025 - investments in facilities and expansion of offerings
The year 2025 brought new challenges from the first months. Customer expectations were rising, lead times were shrinking, and the pace of business was accelerating. The office furniture market became more competitive and purchasing decisions increasingly informed. In response, the focus was on areas that realistically affect the comfort of cooperation, predictability of execution and efficiency of order handling.
Modern AI-based solutions have been implemented in communication management and production planning. This has improved order handling, reduced response times and allowed even better management of the growing number of fulfillments. With greater scale, it became crucial to maintain repeatable quality.
2025 was also a time to invest in internal processes and team development. Procedures were cleaned up, information flow between departments was improved, and the operational structure was strengthened. Development was carried out responsibly, so that the increase in scale did not affect the quality of service.
At the same time, work began on a new website with an expanded configurator to simplify the process of matching furniture to office space. The goal is to create a shopping environment that is transparent and intuitive right from the office planning stage.
June 2025 saw the introduction of the Corporate collection, designed for companies and institutions that need flexible solutions for the office. The modular design makes it easy to adjust the layout in both open space and smaller offices, and to complete all equipment in one standard.

Competitive advantages in the premium office furniture segment
One of Deerhorn's key advantages is its comprehensive approach to investment. The company designs office spaces and guides clients through the entire process - often from the moment the premises are in their shell.
A team of architects prepares concepts, visualizations and office designs. Production, transportation and assembly are then implemented. The investor does not have to coordinate several subcontractors or supervise the stages of implementation - the whole process remains on one side.
An important pillar is our own production in Poland. Designing and manufacturing furniture in the country ensures full control over quality, deadlines and progress. A shorter supply chain means greater predictability and stability in a volatile market environment.
The offer is based on proprietary office furniture collections including desks, tables, storage systems and equipment for common areas. At the same time, bespoke designs are implemented to fit the layout of rooms and individual customer requirements.
An important advantage of the company is the method of delivery. The furniture arrives to the customer whole, already assembled and ready to be set up, so it does not require additional assembly or the involvement of subsequent teams. This saves time, reduces the risk of damage and allows work to begin immediately without additional delays.
Selected projects are carried out with our own transportation fleet, which increases control over logistics and timeliness. In-house production also enables the company to maintain short lead times, which is crucial for investments with a specific opening date.
Products meet European and national standards for safety and durability, including PN-EN 527, PN-EN 1730, PN-EN 14073 and PN-EN 16121, and components are FSC and TSCA Title VI certified.
Complementing the operational advantage is the team's availability 7 days a week and efficient communication at every stage of implementation.
This combination of a comprehensive cooperation model, production in Poland, proprietary collections and control over logistics builds a stable advantage for the company in the premium office furniture segment.

Consistently building the Deerhorn brand
From the beginning, a clear development direction was adopted. The company does not produce furniture under someone else's brand and does not act as a back-office for wholesalers or distributors. The strategy focuses on building its own brand in the premium office furniture segment.
This is a conscious business decision. Manufacturing under a third-party brand would mean limited control over the image. That's why development is carried out based on our own sales channels and direct relationships with customers.
The goal is not to remain an anonymous manufacturer in the background, but to build a strong, recognizable brand and be the first choice of companies looking for a stable partner for office equipment.
This focus allows us to develop the brand in an orderly and long-term manner, without scattering the strategy in multiple directions.
Long-term partnerships with big brands
The year 2025 will see further strengthening of relationships with large business partners. One example is a long-term partnership with the Xtreme Fitness chain, with more projects in various locations.
The partnership is based on clearly defined rules of cooperation, efficient organization and understanding of the investor's needs. Cooperation with a nationwide brand requires maintaining consistent quality with increasing scale of implementation and stable production facilities.

Marketing and building recognition
Marketing is one of the key elements in the development of the Deerhorn brand. For several years, the company has been systematically investing in its online presence and consistently building brand recognition.
Social media channels - Instagram, Facebook and TikTok - are actively developed. Presented are realizations, new collections, production facilities and the daily operation of the company. This allows customers to see the scale of operations and how the organization works.
In 2025, the marketing team was expanded and budgets for advertising campaigns were increased. There are regular promotional activities aimed at companies planning new offices or upgrading current spaces. Marketing is treated as a permanent part of the development strategy, rather than an occasional activity.
2026 - vision and development direction
By the end of 2026, Deerhorn will have strengthened its position as a recognized manufacturer of premium office furniture at an affordable price. The brand will have a strong presence in the area of board offices, premium offices and modern office spaces for private companies and institutions. The Corporate collection dedicated to larger organizations will be developed, while maintaining the company's quality standards.
A new website with an expanded configurator will be launched, making it even easier to match furniture to a specific space. The selection process will become simple, intuitive and tailored to the real needs of the company already at the office planning stage.
Foreign sales, which are already an important part of the company's development, will also be expanded. It is also planned to launch part of its production in Germany, which will allow it to respond even better to the needs of the local market and develop its operations in Western Europe.
At the same time, preparations are being made to enter the French and Swiss markets. The development of exports is a strategic direction for further growth and is carried out with full control of quality and production standards.

In the long term, Deerhorn will be a stable and respected brand in Poland and in selected foreign markets in the segment of higher quality office furniture. The brand will be associated with wood in the modern office, durability of construction, premium aesthetics at a reasonable price and professional management of office investments.
The goal will not be to maximize production scale, but to consistently strengthen its position in the quality segment. Deerhorn will be the first choice for companies that are planning a new work space and expect a combination of quality, durability and a responsible approach to implementation.
