In this hospice they will be soothed by the sea waves

Sofia Dediulia

My name is Sofia and I am an architecture graduate from the Politecnico di Milano, where I am currently continuing my academic journey with a master's degree in structural engineering for sustainable development. I work in Milan, where I combine my studies with professional experience in an architectural office, combining theory and practice.

During my studies, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Budapest. My academic path was deeply rooted in sustainability - highlighted by my master's thesis and additional classes focusing on energy consumption in buildings.

Outside of academia and work, I enjoy participating in architectural competitions with friends, both as an outlet for creativity and as a way to push the boundaries of design together. Lately, I've been interested in parametric design and performance-based architecture - especially building optimization using Grasshopper - and I'm passionate about tackling the challenges of a healthy and sustainable built environment.
