AD-50 Winter Gardens System

A system of thermally insulated canopies designed based on the MORAD AF-50 post-and-beam facade. The system allows the construction of structures with different shapes of walls and roof slopes of the conservatory. Thanks to the use of solutions that improve thermal insulation, conservatories of the AD-50 system can be used throughout the year. The advantage of the system is the possibility of building a roof based through the hinge profile on the horizontal beam of the eaves. The hinge profile allows the roof to be inclined in the range of 5-45° from the horizontal. The eave beam provides support for the external gutter for draining rainwater from the roof. The vertical walls of the conservatory can be built up with any of MORAD's window and door systems. Both the rafters and the eaves beam can be reinforced with standard aluminum or steel profiles allowing to increase the dimensions of the conservatory structure. It is possible to use glass and cellular polycarbonate roof fillings. The roof glazing range is from 16 to 56 mm. The system is complemented by EPDM gaskets and membranes that provide adequate water and windproofing, and PVC and foamed PE insulators that provide adequate thermal insulation.
