Founded in 1962, the aflalo/gasperini arquitetos studio combines longevity and innovation in the creation of architectural solutions, focusing on projects that communicate with the city and the people and prioritize the three pillars: environment, quality of life and mobility.

Over the course of 63 years, the firm has become one of the most recognized in Brazil, signing such iconic projects as the IBM headquarters, the Rochaverá complex, the Federal Court of Audit building in São Paulo (SP), the W Hotel São Paulo, the Fasano Itaim Hotel, and the Leopoldo 1201 and Habitarte residential buildings.

The aflalo/gasperini arquitetos office designs commercial, residential, mixed-use, hotel, educational and industrial buildings, based on extensive materials research and full analysis of urban plans. From concept to design, material selection to construction, the firm boasts more than 39 LEED(Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certified projects- one of the most demanding environmental standards in the world.
