Founded in 1998 by Dr. Kongjian Yu (Harvard GSD) - a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, winner of the Oberlander Prize and the IFLA Sir Geoffrey Jellicoe Award - Turenscape is recognized as a pioneering, accredited first-level design institute.

Its team of more than 500 professionals works on architecture, landscape architecture and urban planning to create comprehensive and integrated design solutions.

Under the visionary leadership of Dr. Yu for more than 25 years, Turenscape has completed more than 1,000 projects in 250 cities around the world, winning more than 100 international awards. Among them:

  • 6 AZ Awards

  • Holcim Award, ULI Excellence Award and the prestigious Cooper Hewitt National Design Award

The Turenscape philosophy, encapsulated in the maxim "Nature, man and spirit as one," promotes the harmonious integration of earth (Tu) and man (Ren). The goal is to create sustainable environments through a deep connection between man and nature, ensuring balance for future generations.

Under Dr. Yu's leadership, the company has redefined the concept of landscape architecture and urban planning, viewing it as an "art of survival."
