Jesteśmy jedną z większych polskich firm w branży, a nasze ponad trzydziestoletnie doświadczenie doceniają zarówno polscy jak i zagraniczni inwestorzy. Nasi klienci to deweloperzy, spółdzielnie mieszkaniowe, wspólnoty oraz instytucje publiczne.

Założycielami spółki dziś funkcjonującej pod nazwą FS&P Arcus byli Zbigniew Babiński, Andrzej Fajans, Zofia Fajans i Mariusz Ścisło. Od momentu powstania funkcję prezesa zarządu pełnił Andrzej Fajans, a od jego śmierci w 2001 roku za sterami spółki stoi Mariusz Ścisło, w latach  2012 -2019  przez dwie kadencje  także prezes SARP, nagrodzony  tytułem Herkules Roku 2018 BUILDER AWARDS.
Na warszawskim Gocławiu, gdzie od 1996 (1995?) roku mieści się nasza siedziba, zaprojektowaliśmy na przestrzeni lat kilkadziesiąt budynków mieszkalnych, m.in. osiedla Orlik 3 – 115, Jantar, Wilga, Adria, Iskra, a kolejne projekty są w trakcie realizacji.
Przyczyniliśmy się do przeobrażenia części niegdyś przemysłowej i zaniedbanej warszawskiej dzielnicy Wola w bardzo atrakcyjną lokalizację zarówno dla biznesu jak i mieszkańców, gdzie funkcje mieszkaniowe sąsiadują z obiektami biurowymi jako przeciwieństwo Mordoru (biurowej dzielnicy na Mokotowie), projektując biurowce Karolkowa Business Park i Concept Tower, za które otrzymaliśmy w 2012 roku wyróżnienie przyznawane przez miesięcznik Builder „Budowlana firma roku” w kategorii „Architekci” oraz Metropoint Office, a także budynki mieszkalne Grzybowska 85 i Metropoint Apartments przy ulicy Karolkowej. 

Jednymi z ostatnio zrealizowanych projektów są dworzec kolejowy PKP Warszawa Zachodnia i kompleks biurowy West Station, wyróżniony tytułem i statuetką TOP Builder 2018 oraz Kompleks Miejski Rondo Wiatraczna, który otrzymał TOP Builder 2019. 
Sięgając pamięcią wstecz, warto wspomnieć o różnorodnych zrealizowanych projektach, które wyszły z naszej pracowni, jak budynek Państwowej Wytwórni Papierów  Wartościowych , pływalnia w Brzegu, i Płońsku,  Urząd Patentowy RP, Ratusz Targówek, Centrum Handlowe Promenada etap III , czy Centrum Handlowo – Rekreacyjne w Nowosybirsku.
