Giorgia Colombo Architetto

Founded in Rome in 2016, Giorgia Colombo Architetto 's studio develops projects in Italy and abroad, including both public and private commissions - with a particular focus on cultural architecture, residential architecture and public buildings.

The studio focuses on the relationship between architecture and the environment, treating each project as a response to the unique context of the site. Sensitivity to local conditions - landscape, social and cultural - is the starting point for designing simple but deeply considered forms. Materials, construction details and a balanced composition of space play a key role.

The studio remains open to new sources of inspiration, treating architecture as a tool for shaping collective experience and education. Giorgia Colombo's designs are distinguished by a synthetic formal language, but also by attention to the meanings derived from the everyday use of space.
