MAARTE

MAARTE is an architecture studio located in Gdansk - Oliwa.
MAARTE studio was founded in 2008 by architect Marek Łańcucki. Our portfolio includes office buildings, multi-functional buildings, office and commercial interiors, complexes and multi-family residential buildings and individual single-family houses. Our projects are being developed in the Tri-City, Poznań, Kraków, Bydgoszcz and Wrocław. MAARTE studio is made up of a team of 18 architects (including 5 with licenses). The architects are graduates of the Gdańsk, Warsaw and Cracow Universities of Technology, experienced in designing office, mixed-use and residential buildings.

MAARTE architects work together in an office-workshop formula, with the participation of the entire team, creating a space for conversation and exchange of ideas. We are enthusiasts of modernist architecture, understood as reliable and economical design. The basis and condition of our projects is, above all, the reading of human needs.

MAARTE architecture refers to what is non-historical: solids, order, tectonics, proportions, light, textures and natural materials. In our works, we try to find what is specific to each theme, always in relation to the context of a particular place, designing building forms and landscaping.

The buildings we design use advanced and environmentally friendly technical and material solutions, each time adapted to the investment budget. We constantly monitor and control the adherence to planned deadlines, costs and quality of the project.
