The Piaseczno municipality is seeking an idea for the design of buildings for the office and the Cultural Center with an auditorium, through a competition. The competition is co-organized by the Warsaw Branch of the Association of Polish Architects.

purpose

The purpose of the competition is, as we read in the regulations, to obtain the best architectural, spatial and functional-utility concept for a complex of public administration and cultural buildings for the needs of the office of the Piaseczno Municipality and the Cultural Center
Culture with an auditorium, along with land development.

terms and conditions

The competition is a two-stage, implementation competition, conducted in a limited procedure.

In the first stage, qualified participants will submit studies, and in the second stage - competition works and a mock-up.

The project will be carried out in two stages - the first will include the Cultural Center with a part of the underground garage and land development, while the second will include the building of the Piaseczno City and Municipality Office with a part of the underground garage connected spatially and functionally to the underground garage from stage I.

First Prize - PLN 60,000 gross and an invitation to negotiate under a
a sole-source contract for the realization of a service based on the competition work
II Prize - PLN 50,000 gross
III Prize - 40 000 PLN gross
Two honorable mentions - PLN 20,000 gross each
