purpose

The purpose of the competition, as we read in the regulations, is to obtain the best architectural, functional and operational concept, which with its form and content will correspond to the terms and conditions of the competition, as well as take into account the character and functions
described in the program.

The competition proposal should fit in with the surrounding landscape in an attractive urban and architectural manner, as well as meet the requirements of contemporary technical knowledge and utility standards, with particular emphasis on energy efficiency of the building and economic aspects related to the implementation of the investment and operation of the facility.

terms and conditions

The competition is a limited, one-stage competition.

The subject of the competition is the development of an architectural concept of a school and kindergarten complex in Nadolice Wielkie in the Municipality of Czernica, along with land development and technical infrastructure.

The project includes, among others , an elementary school for one thousand students, asports complex, a feeding complex, akindergarten for two hundred children, a parking lot, small architecture, greenery, playgrounds, a kindergarten garden, a recreational clearing and outdoor sports facilities. The proposed facility should be free of architectural barriers, as well as provide comfort and acoustic protection.

First Prize - PLN 60,000 and an invitation to negotiate a sole-source contract to award a public contract for the development of construction and execution documentation with obtaining a building permit and author's supervision over the execution of the works, based on the developed architectural concept taking into account the recommendations of the
