The Municipality of Starogard Gdański is seeking an idea for a concept for a monument commemorating General Józef Haller, through a competition.

The competition is a study competition, one-stage, conducted in an unlimited procedure.

The subject of the competition is to develop a concept for a monument to General Jozef Haller, the total height of which will not exceed 3 meters. The figure or figures appearing on the monument are preferred in life-size.

Competition entries will be evaluated according to the artistic attractiveness of the proposed concept, compliance with historical tradition, reality and economy of the adopted solutions.
