We present the results of the student competition titled "Pocket Parks for Hajnówka", which was aimed at students of the Faculty of Architecture at Bialystok University of Technology. The competition is another of the projects in which students engage outside the traditional framework of education. The Faculty of Architecture at the Bialystok University of Technology regularly organizes competitions in cooperation with investors and institutions in Podlasie, which we reported on our portal in the article Art Time Competition - for the development of the surroundings of Central Hajnówka.

The purpose of the competition was to develop solutions for pocket parks in the Hajnówka area. The studies were to include elements of small architecture, lighting, paved surfaces and the design of greenery for selected parts of the study along with the selection of plant species.

Students of the fifth semester on the architecture faculty of the Bialystok University of Technology were admitted to the competition. The substantive supervisor of the competition was Professor Halina Lapinskaya.
