descriptionOn May 21 this year, during the official opening of the Łódź Design Festival, we got to know the results of the 17th edition of the international design competition for young designers make me! Its aim is to forecast upcoming trends and support debuting male and female designers.
Twenty-eight proposals qualified for the finals of this year's edition out of more than 150 entries. From this pool, the jury consisting of Joanna Krokosz, Tomek Rygalik, Kaja Werbanowska, Kasia Kabo, Tomek Pydo and Michal Piernikowski selected the awarded proposals on the basis of finished 3D models.
The first make me! Design Award 2024 went to Jacobo Cuesta Wolf, the second prize ex aequo went to Piotr Pryk and Janek Beau, and the third prize went to Staś Stupkiewicz. The make me! INTERPRINT AWARD was awarded to Maja Góralczyk, and the Elle Decoration editors' honorable mention went to Dominik Syska.
