descriptionWe have learned the results of the student competition for the design of a year-round mobile home.
The competition was organized by the Letniskowo company in cooperation with the Faculty of Architecture at the Bialystok University of Technology and was at the same time a credit project aimed at second-year students of Architecture and Urban Planning.
The designed object had to meet certain dimensions and compliance with the technological capabilities of the Letniskowo company. Participants had to include the furnishings of the cottage along with 3D visualizations of the interior and exterior.
The decision to award the prizes was made by the company itself, with the support of Dr. Adam Turecki, who participated in the design revisions.
The projects were evaluated in terms of:
- energy efficiency,
- sustainable materials,
- renewable energy sources,
- intelligent energy management systems,
- spatial efficiency,
- innovation,
- project costs,
- presentation and documentation.
The committee awarded three prizes.
First Prize in the amount of PLN 3 thousand and a month's paid internship at the Letniskowo company went to Wojciech Grzelewski.
Second Prize in the amount of PLN 1.5 thousand went to Kamila Abramowicz.
Third Prize in the amount of PLN 500 went to Aleksandra Szymaniuk.
