On September 18, 2026, the results of the 12th edition of the Krakow Developer of the Year competition were announced. During the event organized by the Association of Home and Apartment Builders, the Golden Falcons were awarded to the best development companies, which completed and delivered residential projects between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2026.

The competition consisted of two stages. In the first stage, applications for the submitted projects were accepted, and in the second — the entries were analyzed and evaluated based on, among other things, the quality of architectural and urban planning solutions, the functionality of the buildings and apartments, the modernity of the technology used, the quality of materials, and the implementation of eco-friendly and energy-efficient solutions. The infrastructure accompanying the developments was also evaluated.

The following individuals participated in the jury’s deliberations:

  • Grzegorz Szmolke — Chairman of the Competition Jury, CEO of the START Development Group
  • Andrzej Rymarczyk — Secretary of the Jury, architect, Owner of the Architectural Design Studio
  • Mariusz Bryksy — President of the Board of the Bryksy Group
  • Magdalena Buczyńska — Chair of the Board of the Kraków Branch of the Association of Polish Architects, architect
  • Tomasz Konior — architect, owner of Konior Studio
  • Piotr Krochmal — President of the Monitor Real Estate Market Analysis Institute

The title of Kraków Developer of the Year was awarded to the following companies: Fracthon for an apartment building with commercial spaces at 7 Warneńczyka St. / 24 Kalwaryjska St. in Kraków (designed by ABP Autorskie Biuro Projektowe), Noho Investment for a multi-family residential building at 2 Lindego Street in Kraków (designed by SARAN Architekci, Pote Architekci), and Q3D Group for a multi-family residential building at 6B Romanowicza Street in Kraków (designed by Q3D Concept). EKOPARK received an honorable mention in the competition for the title of Kraków Developer of the Year for the “Slow City” multi-family residential complex in Kraków (designed by B2 Studio), and the SBDiM President’s Award went to BUMA for the renovation of an apartment building at 1 Wenecja Street in Kraków (designed by EMGIEProjekt).
