As part of my bachelor's degree project, I redesigned the interior of an existing building of collective residence with services - the "Willa Park" guesthouse located at 16 Książąt Pomorskich Street in Międzyzdroje. The project includes the development of the adaptation of the floor for the purposes of the wellness area and the rearrangement of the existing apartments. The design space
has a total area of about 200 sqm. The project arose from the need to raise the standard of the facility. The proposed layout of the rooms, the introduced design solutions and the choice of materials change the quality of the guesthouse's overnight function. It is dedicated to premium clients.

jury's opinion

The work significantly raises the architectural value of the existing guesthouse thanks to the reorganization of the interior space and the design solutions used.
The commission paid attention to the high workshop skills of the graduating student, appreciated the ability to design a coherent interior, both formally and functionally, an interesting graphic form of the thesis presentation, attention to the individual character of the developed space, which was achieved through a well-designed and varied architectural detail.
