We designed a kindergarten with wards that could accommodate small children from 20 weeks of age up to 6 years. We designed two wards for six-year-olds and others for children of other ages. In our design, we solved the playground in a rather unusual way, as we placed it on the green roof. This is a kind of departure from the traditional form of designing such playgrounds. Our body is a reference to the traditional architecture of the surroundings, as it has a gabled roof. The facade was finished with warm wood, which also creates quite a pleasant atmosphere for the children who are there. In part of the facade, we designed the possibility of placing a mural, which would be an attractive element that would appeal to children. We wanted to make learning, as well as spending time playing, enjoyable for the children who would attend this kindergarten. Participation in the competition certainly gave us an expansion of our knowledge of designing such objects and was kind of fun.
