Natural light is more beneficial to human mood, health and productivity than artificial light. In my work, I focused on the needs of places that often lack access to sunlight — such as offices, schools or creative centers and museums. In response to this need, I designed a system that uses a Fresnel lens, heliostat and fiber optics to collect and transport sunlight to the interior of buildings. To address the unique needs of each of these spaces, I designed a reflector that allows for a wide range of light adjustment and manipulation.
