JURY OPINION

The first prize was awarded for:

• The most complete response to the Employer's requirements in simple contemporary forms, with a clear spatial and functional composition of the estate and attention to economic design solutions.
• Intimate, appropriate in scale, fitting into the terrain architectural and urban solutions that take full advantage of the shape of the project area, fitting well into the forest surroundings, including through the use of natural facade materials.
• Grouping of parking spaces next to the buildings, taking into account the slopes of the plot for the designed
  garages.
• Use of roof space for green terraces as places for inter-neighborhood integration.
• Ensuring full accessibility (including through the possibility of passenger crane access to the green terraces on the roofs and to the basement spaces).
