JURY OPINION
The award was given for a well-thought-out, multithreaded analysis and highlighting important aspects overlooked in many other concepts. The strengths of the concept are the successful separation of the preserved sports function and green areas, the routing of the Bogdanka stream in a new riverbed (along with an alternative proposal), the reduction of vehicular traffic, the natural character of the riverbed, and alternative variants of the Bogdanka course. The demands to make available today's closed areas and to use existing parking lots and paved areas in the immediate vicinity are reasonable. In turn, one should appreciate the well-founded nonconformism in the formulation of some opinions contained in the work. Some doubts are raised by the proposed route of the road for cars cutting the green area on the side of Wojska Polskiego Street and the separation of the river course from the walking routes. The work is given in a communicative and attractive manner.
