The award was given for creating a green-filled solution for a modern single-family house combined with an office. The building complements the existing urban fabric on the corner plot well in terms of volume, coherently and consistently using only simplified aesthetics. As the main asset of the work, the Jury appreciated the apt design decision to allocate the first floor to the living area of the house opening onto a green patio,
and the placement of office space on the first and second floors. In this way, a formally and functionally pure body of the house and office was created, which functions together in a symbiotic way.
