Jury's reasoning

The work was awarded for the skillful combination of new functional, communication and pro-ecological solutions, respecting the genius loci of the place and the current structure of natural vegetation, based on minimal human interference with maximum use of the potential of local communities and the power of nature. The author's concept of sustainable development, beautiful in its modesty (including graphic notation) and mature, with the use of small-scale retention and recycled materials, in the spirit of improving the quality of space and new functions: social, recreational and educational, to meet the contemporary needs of various groups of users of Wilda and Poznan, was appreciated.
