The award was given for the restraint and at the same time expressiveness of the use of the material concrete, which make up an excellent effect despite budget limitations. The motif of undulating concrete in the concert hall and lobby not only shapes the proper acoustics of the interior - it becomes a simple aesthetic means of binding the different spaces, at the same time referring to the main motif of the characteristic facade. The color and form were masterfully differentiated, giving a different character to functionally different spaces using the same motif.
