justification of the jury

The work was awarded for the skillful and imaginative presentation of the possibility of using the place according to the time or initiative. The functional division skillfully refers to the immediate surroundings, creating a coherent and complementary space. Zones of sports, relaxation, nature make use of and enhance existing qualities and the most degraded areas of parking lots and the marketplace are shaped in a credible way in relation to the neighborhood. At times, the overly emblematic form of presentation is appropriately synthesized without losing legibility.
