Tilgner

The factory was founded by Jerzy Tilgner, M.Sc., who used the knowledge he gained during his studies at the Faculty of Metallurgy in Czestochowa, where one of the courses was: "Construction and operation of industrial furnaces".

The factory was established in 1985, starting its production with aluminum radiators, and 2 years later began producing boilers. This quickly turned out to be a hit, and boilers from the local Factory won recognition among customers, and in the wake of the first models, the next, even more perfect ones quickly appeared on the market.

The factory successively increased its offerings by improving the models of boilers and stoves offered to customers, which won high praise from customers. The production technology introduced in the course of experience made it possible to reduce up to 50% of the welds that were exposed to flue gases. In addition, thanks to the use of high-quality attested S265GH boiler sheet materials and the introduction of strictly supervised manufacturing technologies, an extension of the service life of central heating boilers has been achieved, and the resulting extension of the warranty by up to 5 years !

The plant has supervisory authorization for the manufacture and repair of water boilers, steam boilers and pressure vessels. Furnaces and boilers manufactured by the Pleszew Factory have all certificates available on the market, including those issued by the Institute of Heating Technology in Lodz and the Institute for Chemical Processing of Coal in Zabrze.

It is worth noting that the Company has implemented ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, for which it has obtained a Certificate.
